Deskripsi Kerja
Eastern Growth Logistic Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Import specialist. The successful candidate will monitor and coordinate arrivals and shipments, ensuring proper documentation processes, and liaising with customers, ports, and shipping lines.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, assisting in customs declarations, and completing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as maternity leave, promotion opportunities, and professional development.
