Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Monitor agent status in real-time.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels in inbound operations.
• Evaluate adherence and improve performance proactively.
• Facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify call routing anomalies using monitoring applications.
• Process schedule adherence and SLA reports regularly.

Requirements:

• Degree level preferred.
• Minimum five years of call center/customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Must be a team player and problem solver.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,00.00 – RM12,00.00 per month
