We are seeking a skilled Wellness Manager to oversee our resiliency program. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Global Wellness, and Human Resources Management. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project plans and implementing the resiliency program.
- Communicating expectations to team members and managing project tasks.
- Monitoring project progress and compliance while resolving roadblocks.
- Maintaining stakeholder engagement and providing insights for policy improvements.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with wellness and resiliency requirements.
