A. JOB SUMMARY: Major role is to support shipping services daily office requirements, utilizing communication channels like phone, email, and in-person.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative assistance; manage inquiries, data entry, and reporting.
C. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent computer skills; strong communication in English; organizational and multitasking abilities; team player.
