Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Call customers to remind them of past due payments.
• Explain non-payment issues and product services.
• Negotiate and facilitate repayment arrangements.
• Follow up on payment promises.
• Work collaboratively to achieve targets.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in Malay and English.
• Basic computer literacy.

Benefits:

Basic salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00; Expected monthly: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00.
