Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
- Attend site visits and meetings with management.
- Ensure timely deployment of security officers.
- Address customer complaints swiftly.
- Conduct regular training for security guards.
- Visit guard houses frequently.
- Attract potential customers for new business.
Requirements:
- Male candidate with a valid driving license.
- English and Malay proficiency.
- Disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
- No criminal record; available on weekends and holidays.
- Immediate start is preferred.
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
