Responsibilities
- Manage operation and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and related devices.
- Respond to complaints and emergencies.
- Complete tenders and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and coordinate renovation projects.
- Maintain asset records and handle back-office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented and diligent.
- Good communication and computer skills.
