Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls, live chat inquiries, and customer emails regarding Telco products and services professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues related to Telco products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Experience with Telco Products is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
- Minimum 6 months experience in inbound call center preferred.
- Able to work rotational shifts; Age Range: 18-45.
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
