Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates.
- Review drawings and bills from consultants.
- Prepare legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct site measurements and evaluations.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min 2 years experience in contract administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCad.
- Good communication skills.
