Location: Kapar Klang
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,00
Working Days: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
- Support HR activities including payroll, attendance, and leave updates.
- Manage documentation for recruitment, confirmations, and staff movements.
- Engage with Government Authorities (Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO).
- Address employee discipline issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Strict confidentiality maintenance.
