Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Motivate the down-line team.
- Promote a safe and healthy production environment.
- Enforce safety practices for compressed gas storage and handling.
- Monitor team performance and ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report issues to HOD for smooth production.
- Communicate with all departments for operational fluidity.
- Conduct inspections to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
