Deskripsi Kerja
Company: DZ ANGKASA PROPERTY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery of vacant possession, liaising with clients and scheduling unit handovers.
- Defect management, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely rectifications.
- Prepare monthly reports on vacant possession and defect management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant fields.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, meticulous, and tech-savvy.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat 8:30 am – 1 pm, Sun/Public Holiday Off.
Job Type: Contract (12 months), Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month.
