MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH & ABLE TO SPEAK, WRITE, AND READ.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries.
- Exceed customer expectations and provide accurate information.
- Work collaboratively to meet KPI goals.
- Demonstrate good computer literacy.
Requirements:
- Energetic and eager to earn.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia OR English.
- Positive-minded and a team player.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Malaysian citizens or relevant residence status.
Rotational shifts, 6 working days. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From RM1,900.00/month.
