Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

• Professionally answer incoming calls, live chat inquiries, and emails regarding Telco products.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
• Show empathy and understanding in customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM with Telco experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Able to work rotational days; Age range 18-45.

Pay: RM800.00 – RM1,600.00/month
