Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Processing admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims up to the given endorsement limit.
• Liaising with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to guarantee letter issuance when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any Science related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing.

Technical Skills:

• Strong medical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Good command of English, both written and oral.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
