Job Description:
- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products.
- Trains and mentors employees.
- Completes production plans and resolves issues.
- Ensures equipment operation and evaluates new techniques.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Analyzes data to resolve personnel problems.
- Ensures daily targets, efficiency, and quality are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
