Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Kepong
Salary Range: RM300-RM4500
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onsite installation of systems for new clients.
- Conduct onsite training and presentations for clients.
- Develop documentation, user guides, and test software.
- Provide support for Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues.
- Resolve customer issues using a ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of SQL and networking.
