Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows desktop systems.
- Respond to support tickets promptly, following SLAs.
- Maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficient in Windows operating systems (10 & 11).
- Strong desktop troubleshooting skills.
- Basic networking knowledge.
