Join IIWAM PENANG as a Personal Assistant! Your role will include:
- Managing secretarial and administrative duties like scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating internal and external business meetings and events.
- Communicating with hospital staff, patients, and external partners.
- Assisting medical staff with administrative tasks, ensuring effective time management.
- Handling daily communications and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
