Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for incidents and requests.
- Manage service levels and coordinate dispatch.
- Ensure escalations are followed properly and tracked.
- Provide Level 1 Application Support for various systems.
- Monitor alerts for servers, databases, and networks.
- Deploy patches and software upgrades.
- Handle vendor management for part issues.
- Manage access controls.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Mandarin speaking/writing skills are essential.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Basic IT skills in software, hardware, and networking.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months).
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00 monthly.
