Deskripsi Kerja
Abhidi Solution SDN BHD is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support for Windows desktop systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, resolving support tickets promptly, and installing and maintaining desktop systems.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in Windows 10 and 11, have a strong understanding of desktop troubleshooting, and possess experience with Active Directory and remote desktop tools. Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary between RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month. Shift rotations are required for 24/7 support coverage.
