Deskripsi Kerja
Tenure: 6 Months Contract ONLY
Location: Sunway
Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,00
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage background check requests and collaborate with vendors.
- Guide candidates through the background check process.
- Handle communication and follow up on queries.
- Provide support on recruitment functions in Workday.
- Identify process improvements and maintain reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience: 1 year in talent acquisition preferred.
