- Welcome visitors and clients, handling sensitive issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting areas.
- Schedule appointments for clients and visitors.
- Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls and texts.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, email, and packages.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate contractor visits for optimal equipment efficiency.
- Represent a caring culture, ensuring client security.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
