Deskripsi Kerja

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or above.

Job Responsibilities:

• KPI Development and implementation across departments.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and provide insights.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
• Assist teams in understanding KPIs and meeting objectives.
• Collaborate with departments to refine KPIs for alignment.
• Conduct training sessions on performance management.

Location: Just a 1-minute walk from PWTC LRT station.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
