Deskripsi Kerja

Red Contact Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Web Developer. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our CRM and Partner Ticketing System. Key responsibilities include problem tracking, developing new BPO tools, and providing system update recommendations.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science
• At least 1 year of web development experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in PHP/CodeIgniter, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, HTML/Bootstrap (Laravel knowledge is a plus)
