JOB OVERVIEW:

Maju Management Enterprise is seeking an HR executive specializing in Payroll Administration to handle Monthly Payroll Processing.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage the full payroll function and related reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve queries.
• Coordinate statutory payments with government bodies.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business & Administration.
• 3+ years in HR or Payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and related regulations.
• Familiarity with industrial relations.
• Required languages: Mandarin, Malay, English.

BENEFITS:

Salary: RM4,00 – RM5,00/month, with additional benefits.
