Deskripsi Kerja

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll and verify staff claims.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare the annual Manpower Budget with department heads.
  • Design a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits framework.
  • Provide accurate HR analytics for reporting.
  • Handle expatriate employment pass processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related fields.
  • 5+ years in HR Operations with a focus on Payroll.
  • Proficient in Payroll/HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Keperluan

  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • No Criminal Record
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
