Deskripsi Kerja
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws, focusing on corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, and anti-bribery.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in laws affecting the FinTech industry.
- Coordinate with teams on the status of legal documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a legal professional.
- Knowledgeable in corporate and commercial law.
- Able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
