Deskripsi Kerja
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, addressing merchant and client needs while negotiating terms to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities to onboard new merchants and clients, aligned with assigned KPIs.
- Coordinate project deliverables and provide post-sales support, investigating issues and developing solutions.
- Conduct research to understand key merchant and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or Finance.
- 2 years experience with corporate accounts focused on solution-based services.
- Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Account Development, Sales Pipeline Management, and Project Management.
