Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer enquiries and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
- Achieve KPI and SLA targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduates are welcome. Full training provided.
* Must be able to start immediately.
Location: Nusa Jaya (Free shuttle bus service provided).
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month.
