Deskripsi Kerja

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware/software server troubleshooting.
• Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
• Preferred experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to resolve server-related operational and configuration issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent business communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work on a 24-hour rotational shift.
• Able to start immediately.
• Malaysians only.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule: Rotational shift

Experience: Help desk: 2 years (Required)
