Summary: You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The Telephone Operator contributes to the smooth and efficient running within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications:
- This position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia due to work permit restrictions.
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
