Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Menyokong Jabatan Akaun, HR, Perolehan dan tugas umum lain.
Skop Kerja:
- Semak emel dan maklumkan kepada jabatan berkaitan.
- Lengkapkan bil utiliti dan hantar kepada jabatan akaun untuk pembayaran.
- Memelihara dokumen dan rekod untuk rujukan.
- Pengeluaran invois dan pesanan penghantaran.
- Pemfailan dokumen dengan betul.
- Pemfailan tunai kecil dan pengurusan rekod.
- Menyelesaikan isu berkaitan TM, TNB atau SAJ.
Syarat:
- Pengalaman dalam Microsoft Word dan Excel.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Perwatakan yang bertanggungjawab dan disiplin.
