Deskripsi Kerja
Exsim is seeking a talented and motivated Project Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will filter emails, manage communications, and serve as a liaison between departments. Your responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating courier services, managing IT equipment, and preparing departmental documents.
Qualifications include a Diploma in Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu is required.
