Deskripsi Kerja

Location: KL Sentral

Company: MPS

Language Requirement: Preferred Thai or Vietnamese speaker.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate answers to customer queries over the phone.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and services, offering patient assistance.
  • Respond to inquiries based on training knowledge of client products.
  • Communicate effectively to deliver customer support.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Work on weekends, public holidays, and adjusted schedules as needed.
  • Follow call flow procedures and quality assurance requirements.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers using de-escalation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,200.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
