Radiant Clinique Sdn Bhd is seeking a Frontdesk Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media. You will address customer complaints courteously, provide product information, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Preferred qualifications include proven customer service experience and familiarity with social media platforms. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and meal allowance.
