Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Shopee Customer Service Specialist at Beans Business Services Sdn Bhd. You will interact with customers via phone and chat, reactivate accounts, and handle complaints.

Job Requirements: Must be a local Malaysian under 40 with SPM (minimum BM C, BI C, MT D) or a diploma. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.

Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,00 per month, including benefits such as dental and health insurance and maternity leave.
