Position Overview: Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and enhance sales performance. Key responsibilities include supervising sales staff, achieving sales goals, maintaining customer service excellence, and managing inventory.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least SPM or a diploma, along with 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Benefits: Competitive salary of RM2,900.00 – RM3,500.00 per month, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: Day shifts, six-day workweek.
