Join Selangor Dredging Berhad as a Property Assistant! You will be responsible for the maintenance of properties, managing resident inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include handling contract tenders and monitoring financial transactions.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma in Building Management or related field.
• 2+ years in customer service/property management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00/month. Benefits include insurance and promotion opportunities.
