Deskripsi Kerja
Your role in HEINEKEN as a Strategic Business Analyst involves acting as a business partner to support functions in managing end-to-end financial close processes, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting of fixed expenses and CAPEX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying cost opportunities and collaborating with budget owners.
- Driving initiatives for cost savings and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Engaging with leadership to support culture change and enhance cost management.
Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 3-5 years of finance analyst experience, strong SAP AP knowledge, and familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools.
