Deskripsi Kerja

Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor! In this role, you will oversee daily operations, motivate teams, implement strategies, and train new staff. Achieve sales goals, maintain customer service quality, and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience, strong communication, leadership skills, and flexibility to work shifts six days a week, including public holidays.

Salary: RM2,900.00 to RM3,500.00 per month plus benefits.
