Deskripsi Kerja

Customind Lab Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of customer service experience and basic computer skills, with a minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.

This role involves communicating with clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking customers, to resolve complaints and answer inquiries via chat. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.

This full-time position offers a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as free parking and meal allowances, plus a yearly bonus.
