Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to assist customers with inquiries and bookings via phone and email, while adhering to management protocols.
Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, report issues, and ensure data confidentiality.
Job Requirements: Minimum SPM/Diploma and good communication skills in Malay and English.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,500.00/month
