Deskripsi Kerja
- Planning of all vessel audits globally
- Coordinate our team of auditors to ensure audits are done timely and as effective as possible
- Communicate audit plans and instructions with Senior Officers onboard, Vessel Managers, Fleet Managers, HSEQ Managers and Auditors
- In addition to audits, coordinate attendance for incident investigations, onboard training, and verification visits
- Participate in projects as required by the Global Head of HSEQ
- owns the mindset of wanting to enhance your own and our team’s performance
- has excellent communication skills and ability tospeaks, and write English fluently
- has a social approach and build relationships easily
- has strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- can challenge the team to improve and work smarter
- has a good understanding of safety and quality audits as required by codes and standards such as ISM, MLC, ISPS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- experience with ship vetting and TMSA will be an advantage
- is goal- and results orientated
- has strong computer skills
- works well under pressure and meet deadlines
