Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms to ensure stable performance.
• Monitor user experience and platform performance, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Handle user feedback and optimize the user experience.
• Content Operations:
• Manage product information, including listings, de-listings, and updates.
• Use data analysis to optimize content strategies and increase user engagement and retention

Marketing and Promotion:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Plan and execute online events to increase user engagement and activity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
