Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in optimizing financial transactions and systems through the reconciliation of payments and customer accounts

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments

  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliation

  • Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts receivable

  • Process adjustments to customer accounts

  • Generate monthly statements for customers

  • Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance

  • Address customer queries and resolve any issues

  • Prepare Interco billing invoice and Interco movement details

  • Support month-end closing activities

  • Assist with statutory audit requirements

  • Assist with Treasury related matter

  • Manage subsidiary dormant company management accounts

  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Identify problematic accounts and provide regular updates to management

  • Collaborate with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure financial accuracy

Pre-Requisites :

  • Possess minimum 1 years’ working experience in accounts receivable and general accounting

  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles

  • Proficient in relevant computer software, particularly SAP Accounting System

  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
