Position Overview:

Maju Management Enterprise is seeking a Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include motivating the sales team, implementing business strategies, supervising sales staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store image.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least SPM or a Diploma, 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
