Deskripsi Kerja

Sperton Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing inbound communications, assisting customers with inquiries related to Grab services, payments, and the Grab App.

Job Scope:

• Handle customer communications via calls, emails, and live chat.
• Resolve issues related to Grab services and orders.

Requirements: Proficient in English; open to SPM leavers and fresh graduates.

Salary Package: Basic Salary: RM2,100, with total potential earnings up to RM2,800/month.
