Job Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally with customers via phone/chat
• Reactivate customer accounts
• Address customer complaints

Requirements:

• Local Malaysian, aged below 40
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is a must
• Immediate availability is required

Salary: RM3,800 – RM9,00 per month with additional benefits including health and dental insurance.
