Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, achieving sales goals, enhancing customer service, maintaining store image, managing inventory, and analyzing store performance.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
